We provide consulting services to any organisation that needs assistance in improving the effectiveness of their business requirements or in improving their internal communications. We provide the following consulting services:- Planning requirements process and strategy for a new project
- Facilitating a Project Blastoff meeting and oversee the production of top level requirements to get the project underway
- Review project checkpoints and advise ways to increase productivity
- Review/audit a requirements document and produce a guidance report.
We will provide hands-on business analysis services for short or longer term assignments. For longer assignments, we can partner with your people and advise them along the way, handing over at the end of the assignment.
Requirements Reviews
We will review your requirements documentation and provide a written review on a sample of documents, with recommendations for improvements for writing effective requirements. We use Volere Requirements Resources as standard and will provide you with an action plan for improving the quality of your requirement specifications.
Coaching
We can coach individuals in a team or teams of people in your organisation. We specialise in a personalised service that is tailored to the needs of your organisation and we will recommend an approach based on the needs of your team.
